River City Image Works' FTP Information...

 

HOW DO I SEND FILES TO RIVER CITY IMAGE WORKS?

You may use an FTP program such as FileZilla, CyberDuck, WS_FTP, WISE.FTP or CuteFTP:

  1. Connect to ftp.rivercityimageworks.com. Use "u39130270-client" for User ID and "friend" for password. If you have an option for it, select "Passive Mode"
  2. Upload the file or files you want to send to River City Image Works.
  3. Please send an e-mail message to webmaster@rivercityimageworks.com informing us that a file has been uploaded.

HOW DO I RETRIEVE FILES FROM RIVER CITY IMAGE WORKS?

You may use an FTP program such as FileZilla, CyberDuck, WS_FTP, WISE.FTP or CuteFTP:

  1. Connect to ftp.rivercityimageworks.com. Use "u39130270-client" for User ID and "friend" for password. If you have an option for it, select "Passive Mode"
  2. Download the file or files you want to retrieve from River City Image Works.
  3. Please send an e-mail message to webmaster@rivercityimageworks.com so that we will know to remove your file from the public area.

I DON'T HAVE ANY FTP PROGRAM. HOW CAN I GET ONE?

There are many excellent freeware programs, such as FileZilla for Windows , Linux , or Mac OS-X ,or CyberDuck for Mac OS-X , and many excellent shareware programs (which typically may be downloaded under terms of a free 30-day trial), such as WS_FTP, WISE.FTP or CuteFTP. Just do an Internet search to locate an appropriate download site. For example, you can download FileZilla from this link, or you can download CyberDuck from this link.
